1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Nigeria, with expanding coverage to more regions soon.
All orders are shipped from our local distribution partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.


2. Delivery Timeline

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or WhatsApp update with delivery details.


3. Payment on Delivery (POD)

To make shopping risk-free, we offer Payment on Delivery in select locations.
This means you only pay after confirming your product is in good condition.

For faster processing, prepayment via bank transfer or card is also available.


4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on your location and order size.
You’ll see the exact delivery cost before confirming your order on the checkout page.

We mostly offer free delivery, which will be clearly stated during checkout or in our ads.


5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If our delivery agent cannot reach you after two attempts, your order may be marked as “failed delivery” and returned to our warehouse.
Please ensure your phone number and address are correct and reachable during delivery hours.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, kindly:

  1. Take a photo or short video showing the issue.
  2. Report it to bestprodsxyz@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
    We’ll resolve the issue promptly — either by replacement or refund.
